I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been approved by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse (OASAS) to conduct alcohol and drug evaluations and treatment for individuals who have been convicted of a DWI or any other alcohol or drug related offense. For more than 35 years, I have diagnosed and treated hundreds of individuals with substance use disorders. I have guided just as many on a path to securing positive outcomes after being involved in an alcohol or drug related offense.

Not all people arrested for an alcohol or drug related issue has a substance use disorder. I combine my compassionate training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my expertise and understanding of substance use disorders and my history of working with the legal system and local courts to build a compelling case for alternatives to incarceration and on many occasions substance use treatment not being necessary.

I can meet with your client and provide you both with a concise and comprehensive report of the substance use evaluation. All of my reports include an extensive clinical interview, state of the art metrics widely respected and utilized in the field of substance use disorders, results of the evaluation and any recommendations based on the results. If needed for your client, I can also provide the relevant treatment, care management and follow-up.

I am also flexible and can tailor the evaluation based upon your case to include an alcohol and drug evaluation or a mental health evaluation as required.
