• What HR and Safety Teams should (and should not) communicate at each step
• Common mistakes that create delays, liability, or unnecessary frustration
• Educating your workforce on random testing and maintaining a drug-free workplace
• Assisting with or developing a clear, user-friendly handbook for your CDL workforce

This will also be an opportunity to discuss the topics and concerns many people have but are often unsure how to ask.

My goal is to make this process easier for HR, management, safety teams and drivers—while keeping you compliant and protected.
